We are excited to be offering our day camp again this summer! Below is the information on camp. Registration is now open on your parent portal, or you can register by responding to this email.
Camp is Monday-Friday from July 10th to August 4th. You can sign up for the whole thing, or for individual days. The more days you sign up for the bigger the discount! Siblings also receive the multi-day discount. For example, two siblings who come for two days each receive the same discount as a single child that comes for four days.
Camp is from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM each day. Please drop off your child no earlier than 8:50 AM and pick up no later than 1:10 PM.
Students must be at least 3 years old by July 11th, 2023 and be fully potty trained. The recommended age group is 3 to 10. Students will be split into three groups according to age.
All students must bring a lunch with them to camp. We will also have a snack break in the morning. It is recommended to pack plenty of snacks and water. Please no peanuts or peanut butter.
Each day camp activities include:
45 minute dance lesson
45 minute tumbling lesson
45 minute arts and crafts
Extra time will be spent in age appropriate activities. Kids will be split into groups so that they rotate through activities together with peers their own age.
Ms. Aunika, Ms. Addie, and Mr. Wells will be teaching the dance and tumbling classes and Ms. Holly and Ms. Ginger will be in charge of arts and crafts. We will also have teenaged assistants with each group.
Each day has a unique theme that the day's activities will be centered on. Students are encouraged to dress up for themes, but please make sure to bring an extra pair of play clothes to change into if necessary. (Themes TBA in more detail)
Students should wear comfortable play clothes that will allow for them to dance and tumble. We recommend soft shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. If your child has ballet or jazz shoes they are welcome to bring them, but dance shoes are not required. If your child comes in a costume please also pack play clothes that they can change into. For example, if your child is wearing a princess costume they will need something else to wear when we get to the tumbling portion of our day. An extra pair of clothes and underwear is recommended in case of accidents or spills.
A $55.00 deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your child's spot. Tuition fees are due by the child's first day of camp to receive the multi-day discounts. You must pre-register for all days. No day-of registrations will be accepted.
